a: get a 50% refund.

Cancellation due to Covid19 related complaints
If one of the participants have Covid19-related complaints at the time that the event will take place, so that he or she cannot be present they have 2 options:
1: get a 100% refund
2: receive a voucher, so that you can make a reservation at a later time.
Cancellation due to Covid19 measures
Most events we organize take place in small groups and can still take place even with covid measures. In case there are official measures taken by the government of your country which prevent the event from taking place, you have 2 option:

Cancellation for other reasons
In case of cancellation for other reasons, a fair policy applies. If we have not yet incurred any costs, you can cancel free of charge. If we has already incurred costs, they will be charged. You will then receive a refund, minus the costs incurred.
