Bandits Support Program
We offer various reintegration placements with tailored guidance from a professional in game support, IT, or office management. We mentor young people in a relaxed, personal way on a small scale, introducing them to the field. The young people complete assignments according to their ability and learn new skills as a result.
Characteristics
- The duration is flexible. The number of hours per day is agreed with the participant and possibly the trajectory supervisor from the UWV and/or the employer.
- The content of the work is determined in consultation with the participant and possibly the trajectory supervisor from the UWV and/or the employer. The work is work therapeutic with a slight challenge according to capacity.
- Focus is on individual (under supervision) work.
Result
- The work is therapeutic, we do not expect concrete results.
- While working, the young people learn new skills. All young people receive personal guidance. In this guidance, they investigate what the best next step is for them after the project.
- If the young person has shown sufficient resilience and is motivated enough, it is an option to participate in program Bandits Creation.
