I expect fewer players than I ordered. What should I do?

It depends…

1. If we haven’t started with building the game

As long as you have more than 6 players, you can play the game. Please give us a call or send an e-mail if you would like to receive a new invoice with a reduced number of players.

If someone is late in completing the questionnaire, that is not a problem. They can still play the game, but their answers will not be included in the game.

2. If we already started building the game

If a player has to cancel last-minute, and we already build the game, that’s no problem. The other players can still play the game. Please mind, that the name(s) and answers from the missing player(s) will still be present in the game. If you want to delete the name(s) and answers of the missing player(s), please contact us as soon as possible. Since we’ve already started building the game, we will charge an extra fee for deleting the name(s) and answers.
