Bandits Support is designed for young people and young adults who want to contribute again, but for whom Bandits Creation is not currently the right fit. Two fixed mornings in a group may still be too demanding, or someone may need a more flexible, individually tailored route.
Contributing to work that
Real tasks within Breakout Bandits
Bandits Support participants contribute to the day-to-day work of Breakout Bandits. This may include helping with lunch, practical tasks, social media, tidying up or other work that the company needs at that time.
The tasks someone takes on depend on their strengths, interests and current capacity. Their work is meaningful and contributes to the business, while responsibilities and expectations are tailored to the individual.
The same foundation,
Guidance within Bandits Support also starts with getting to know the person. We look at what they need in order to take part, where their talents lie and what level of responsibility is appropriate at that moment. We provide support where needed and give space wherever possible. Guidance takes place while participating, because that is when valuable opportunities arise to try something, reflect and take a next step.
When is Bandits Support
Bandits Support is intended for young people and young adults aged roughly 18 to 35 for whom taking part in work, education or society is not straightforward. We focus particularly on young people from Lansingerland, Rotterdam, The Hague and the surrounding region.
Bandits Support may be a good fit when someone wants to contribute and develop, but needs more flexibility or individual support than Bandits Creation can offer. No diagnosis is required.

Costs & funding
Please contact us for information about the cost of Bandits Support. Funding is often available through a municipality, the UWV, an employer, a fund or another organisation.
Funding does not need to be arranged before we meet. We first explore whether Bandits Support is a good fit. If we then decide to move forward together, we will look at the available funding options with the participant and, where relevant, their support professional.
